guarantees its products to be free of defects and will replace items that are
unused and found to be defective. If you are not completely satisfied return
your purchase for a REFUND OR EXCHANGE within 15 days of receipt, no questions
asked. All Return and Exchange must have an RMA# (Returned Merchandise
Authorization Number), which you can obtain by emailing us at
return@justlabcoats.com or by calling 1.877.264.3717.
If you ordered wrong size and want to exchange all items, you will be charge
12% Re-Shelving Charges of your order total
Ex: Order Total=$100 , Re-Shelving= $12
If you ordered wrong size and want to exchange some items you will be charge
15% Re-Shelving Charge of your exchange items total
Ex: Exchange Items Total=$50 Re-Shelving= $7.50
If you want refund on your order then shipping charges will deducted
from your order total, if you have free shipping then $10 will be charged and
rest of the amount will be refund.
Exceptions to the
return policy
Personalized items (Embroidered/Imprinted/Engraved) are non-refundable and
non-returnable. Custom made uniforms and Personalized items
(Embroidered/Imprinted/Engraved) are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Custom made items can be return for alterations, we will happy to do
alterations for free, shipping cost may apply. call us at 1877.264.371. find

Apparel & Shoes: Apparel items without
personalization (embroidered/ imprinted/ engraved) and shoes can be returned
within 15 days of receipt in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING. And also remember not to
use the product box as a shipping container. Gift Cards are non refundable to
cash. It can only be use for buying Just Lab Coats products.
