Ordered 3 lab coats. Wrong size, that’s on me. But the embroidery was sub par. Name came out the size of a dime. Selected blue lettering, came back Aqua? Messaged customer service. No exchanges but they offered me 10% off my next purchase??? The same 10% that pops up for everyone when you open their website??
Quality items. Prices are reasonable. Embroidered work is of high quality, too.
For the price it’s fine , the embroidery was not that good and the spacing was off that what was request but it’s just temp coat anyway .
Bought this as my first personally-owned labcoat. The fit, feel, and build quality are excellent. Definitely the best coat I've worn in my decade-plus of lab experience.
