At the point of sale, we price match all local retail rivals (including their online prices) and we price match products shipped from and sold by these major online retailers. If we lower our price during the return and exchange period, we will match our lower price, upon request.

Our prices are checked everyday against our competitors to make sure we offer the best price. We believe in bringing you the lowest cart total! In the unlikely event that there is a competitor posing exactly the same product, they have it in stock and it is available for instant delivery, we will match it with our 110% price match guarantee!

How does JustLabCoats.com's price-match guarantee work?

If you find an identical item at a lower price at our competitors just inform us! We will immediately match the price and give you an extra 10% discount on the lower price. Alternatively, you can also contact us within 15 days of your purchase and we will give you the difference.

What items is the price match valid for?

Nearly everything that is include in our online catalog. The item though, must be identical, including brand, style number, size and color. The item must be in stock and available for purchase at that price from any online retail competitor, web and catalog retailer, in which we reserve the right to verify (need valid link). Each time we need valid links, we don't price match with old/previous orders. Some items also need manager's approval before we can do price match.

Which items and services aren't available for price match?

Unfortunately currently ur price match guarantee does not apply to competitors outside the US. We do not price match on the following items:
-Discontinued deals, seasonal sales, clearance sales, and out of stock products
-Taxes and typing errors
-Two or more offers combined in a single order such as coupon codes
-Items sold on auction sites, at local stores, or special events (e.g. grand opening, anniversary, clearance or liquidation sales)

Is delivery charge included in the price match?

Delivery charges are not included in the price match but we would like to mention that we also consider the shipping cost of the online retail competitor when doing the price match for the product.
If your order qualifies for free shipping and the competitor offers free shipping, we will price match the product without considering shipping charges, even if the competitor has a higher minimum order size requirement to qualify for free shipping, or longer delivery times, than JustLabCoats.com
If your order qualifies for free shipping and the competitor does not offer free shipping, we will include an appropriate shipping charge in the competitor's price before price matching.
If your order does not qualify for free shipping and the competitor offers free shipping but the product does not qualify for such free shipping, we will include shipping charges on both products before price matching.

Are quantities limited on price matched products?

We may limit the amounts of price matched items, principally if the other company does. In addition, we standby the right to limit quantities sold to a customer.

How do I show "proof" of price?

The best way would be to show evidence of price would be to bring in the competitor's current ad screenshot or notify us of the website address of the designated major online retailer. We may call the competitor's retail store or check the website address of the selected major online retailer to verify the lower price and availability of the item.

Are competitors' services eligible for price matching?

No. Due to the differences in services being provided, JustLabCoats.com does not match competitors' service prices. This includes, but is not limited to, services such as delivery, installation and computer services.

How does your price match policy apply to pre-orders and backorders?

If the price of an item reduces at the time of shipment, you will inevitably pay the lower price. Your credit card is not charged until the time of the product's shipment.
