After ordering this product, it took about 6 weeks to receive, they want you to download an app to track your order, which i did not do. When I received the order, both items were too big. I requested a return authorization and was told because this is a made-to-order item, it is final sale and non-returnable or exchangeable per our order policy. This information was not on their website when I ordered.
My younger brother asked for this for his birthday. He then wore it all day on his birthday, even though it was super hot and humid here. He absolutely loved this coat!
Quality of coat is not high, and size also not exactly. My size is XL and some time I used XXL But this size was 2X and it is like XXXXL. Why they cannot give exactly size?, maybe in sm. And quality also so-so. But personalization was good, so it is main reason I give 2star. I will try to change size by our local Taylor or....
