Personalization Was Wrong — No Fix or Refund Offered

I ordered two personalized lab coats and carefully entered my request in the notes section since the order form was confusing. Both arrived with incorrect personalization, and customer service refused to correct or replace them. Extremely disappointing experience for a non-returnable item.

Excellent In Every Way

I had several garments embroidered by another company and the embroidery was awful. The embroidery on the lab coat I ordered from JustLabCoats looked great!
