The jacket runs a bit small and short. The pockets were positioned to high for hands to be comfortable. This make fit better for a petite person.

I ordered two personalized lab coats and carefully entered my request in the notes section since the order form was confusing. Both arrived with incorrect personalization, and customer service refused to correct or replace them. Extremely disappointing experience for a non-returnable item.
