I ordered two personalized lab coats and carefully entered my request in the notes section since the order form was confusing. Both arrived with incorrect personalization, and customer service refused to correct or replace them. Extremely disappointing experience for a non-returnable item.

I’d love to review these lab coats, as I placed a large order for my entire lab. Unfortunately, my order never arrived.
I needed a couple of white coats for my job as a healthcare provider and the quality feels really nice for the price. The size was a bit bigger on the sleeves than expected, but a quick visit to the seamstress can fix that. Overall, good product.
The crotch/ inseam are sown to high and don’t leave a lot of room. The rest of the pant leg are a little baggy. Overall they are good.
